Jay Trikha Presents has become one of Coastal Georgia’s most active experience companies by doing two things at scale: building hospitality concepts that feel intentional and design-forward, and producing events that bring the Savannah community together. Over the past several years, the company has produced more than 600 events, launched multiple concepts, and created a signature annual tradition built specifically to give back to the city’s service industry.
At the center of the portfolio is a simple thesis: create places and events that preserve Savannah’s soul while pushing the city’s hospitality forward—bold, welcoming, and unmistakably local. That philosophy is reinforced through what founder Jay Trikha describes as “unreasonable hospitality,” a service mindset inspired by restaurateur Will Guidara’s work—prioritizing memorable, personal experiences over purely transactional service.
A Portfolio Built on Story and Standards
The current flagship is Savannah Taphouse, a high-energy dining and cocktail venue anchored by 40 screens—built for big moments, but designed to feel polished rather than typical sports-bar fare. The experience is intentionally elevated: hospitality, presentation, and atmosphere are treated with the same care as the programming on the screens.
Alongside it sits Pritchard & Co., a thoughtful food and coffee concept designed to carry forward the spirit of Savannah’s beloved Starland Café era—anchored in community, story, and craft. Coffee is a cornerstone of the brand, including a custom blend developed over months and roasted locally, built to become part of a daily ritual rather than an afterthought.

Beyond the brick-and-mortar concepts, Jay Trikha Presents is also a major operator in Savannah’s event circuit, producing everything from brand activations and corporate gatherings to charity events and seasonal programming. The company’s signature event is The JayMason Ball, now in its sixth year: a free-to-attend, sponsor-supported celebration created specifically for Savannah’s service industry. Funded by Jay and industry sponsors, it has grown into one of the region’s most recognized service-industry giveback events.
What’s Next: Italian Fine Dining and a New Late-Night Standard
Two major launches are on the horizon. Nico Angelo’s Italiano, an upscale Italian concept with robust wine and cocktail programming, is slated for Summer 2026. Following that, Elsewhere Lounge—a high-end late-night destination featuring tapas, cocktails, and music—is targeted for late 2026 and positioned as a new kind of lounge experience for Savannah, described internally as “South of France meets Dubai.”
Jay Trikha operates as both creative lead and hands-on operator across concept development, design direction, programming, and daily hospitality standards. The company’s current approach has been shaped by a range of prior ventures and chapters—experience that informed what works, what scales, and what the Savannah community responds to—while keeping today’s focus firmly on what’s being built now.

The long-term vision is clear: develop a collection of iconic, design-forward destinations and signature events that define Savannah’s next era of hospitality—concepts locals are proud of and visitors remember. Additional projects are already in development for 2027 and 2028, with a deliberate emphasis on thoughtful expansion, strong standards, and experiences that remain grounded in community.
At the center of it all is a commitment to the people who make Savannah run—especially the service industry. As Jay Trikha Presents continues to grow, that commitment remains the throughline: build experiences that are bold, welcoming, and unmistakably local.
