Orlando Charity Expands “I’M Possible” Fun Days Worldwide—Powered by Two New Books Fueling Global Impact
ORLANDO, Fla. — A global humanitarian movement that began with a zoo visit, 37 orphans, and a kangaroo named Boomerang is now expanding its reach across continents—bringing high-energy empowerment events to children battling cancer, poverty, abandonment, and hardship.
Time4sharing.org, an Orlando-based nonprofit founded in 2000, announced a renewed international push to expand its signature program: Mission: I’M Possible Fun Days, following five recent empowerment events serving children in India, Ghana, the Philippines, and the United States.
In the past 25 years, the organization has delivered more than 150 events in eight countries, uplifting over 17,000 children through joy-filled experiences designed to restore confidence, rebuild self-worth, and remind every child they are seen and valued.

A Movement Born from Gratitude—and a Kangaroo Named Boomer
The Time4sharing story began after the Tolan family remained childless for seven years, before discovering they would be blessed with twins. In gratitude, co-founder and CEO Coach M J Tolan, a TEDx speaker, author, and two-time cancer warrior, organized a special day for 37 orphaned children at a local zoo, where he had sponsored a kangaroo.
In a symbolic ceremony, the children were named the kangaroo’s honorary parents and chose the kangaroo’s name—Boomerang, affectionately known today as Boomer.
“That moment changed everything,” said Tolan. “It wasn’t just a zoo trip—it was belonging. It was dignity. Boomer became a living reminder that joy can heal and purpose can begin in the simplest act of love.”
Boomer has since become the organization’s mascot, appearing at empowerment days worldwide and becoming a symbol of childhood courage and possibility.
The “I’M Possible” Mindset: A Comeback Story for Kids
Time4sharing’s events are built on one bold belief: a single day can change how a child sees their future. Each Mission: I’M Possible Fun Day includes entertainment, interactive games, celebration, mentoring, emotional support, and uplifting “hero moments” that help children replace fear with hope.
“Children don’t just need supplies—they need a surprise,” said Tolan. “A moment so powerful they begin to believe again.”
In September 2025, Time4sharing released the children’s book The I’M Possible Adventures of Boomer the Kangaroo on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, inspired by the I’M Possible approach Coach Tolan relied on during his own cancer journey.

New Book Launch: “The Real Mission: I’M Possible” Invites Leaders to Leave a Legacy
Building on that momentum, Time4sharing has announced the launch of a second book:
The Real Mission: I’M Possible — Quotes and Stories That Inspire.
The book serves as both an inspiration engine and a fundraising catalyst, with proceeds helping to fund empowerment events for children in cancer centers and underserved communities across Lebanon, Thailand, the Philippines, Ghana, India, and the United States. More than a publication, the organization says the book is a call to purpose-driven leaders who want to leave a legacy beyond their business success. Time4sharing is inviting executives, entrepreneurs, speakers, authors, and changemakers to participate as featured contributors and co-authors by sharing their own “I’M Possible” story—turning personal resilience into real-world impact for children.
“This book is a bridge—from inspiration to action,” said Tolan. “And it’s an invitation to leaders everywhere to become part of a child’s comeback story. Your story can help fund a day that changes a child forever.”
