The Delaware-based entrepreneur recently claimed the National Commercial Mixed-Use Entrepreneur of the Year award, adding to a growing list of accolades that includes Delaware Entrepreneur of the Year.
What started with hammer and nails has evolved into seven vertically integrated companies operating across the commercial mixed-use real estate sector. As the CEO of The M Vincent Companies, his portfolio spans from national commercial real estate investments through M Vincent Assets LLC to property management and property maintenance operations in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The group also includes M Vincent Real Estate Debt and Equity Funds, commercial and residential realty services across six states, and even Rezcom Steel Structures LLC, a national steel building distributorship.
Building Without a Blueprint
The founder’s story reads like an antidote to the typical private equity background common in commercial real estate. Abandoned by a biological father, adopted at age two, and raised on a chicken farm by a family that couldn’t afford college tuition, the entrepreneur behind M Vincent Companies put in over 168,000 hours of very specific studies and experience in commercial mixed-use real estate. That experience climbing from trade work through senior executive positions apparently provides a perspective that others in boardrooms often lack.
The recognition keeps coming. Mark Vincent Fansler has been nominated for Visionary of the Year for Delaware 2026 and secured speaking slots for organizations like the National Association of Default Professionals for both 2025 and 2026. A documentary about the entrepreneurial journey, hosted by Rudy Mawer and backed by Mawer Capital and Shark Tank’s Kevin Harrington, is set to air on The Inside Success TV network.
Expanding the Empire
Mark Vincent Fansler operates The M Vincent Companies with clear vertical integration. M Vincent and Associates LLC handles commercial and residential realty services across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida. Property management and maintenance companies cover the Mid-Atlantic region, while Painted Horse Properties LLC focuses on national direct marketing efforts.
Last March 28, 2026, M Vincent Mixed-Use Mastery which was described as an international business and real estate mentorship program was also launched. The founder has also been accepted into the Boardroom founded by Kent Clothier and appeared as a guest on both of Justin Colby’s podcasts.
The company targets capital partners and property owners interested in commercial mixed-use ventures, positioning itself as a partner with boots-on-the-ground experience rather than just financial backing. With teaching and mentoring listed among future goals, the organization appears to be transitioning from purely operational work to sharing Commercial Mixed-Use Real Estate experience with other professionals in the industry.
